Dr Anikshit Verma graduated from College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Palampur (H.P.), in 2017, followed by post graduation in veterinary surgery and radiology from Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences Univerty, Pookode, Kerala in 2019, with specialization in small animal anesthesia. Dr Anishit has various research papers on Surgical cases and Ansthesia published in reputed journals.

He worked as chief surgeon at Dr Santa Animal Healthcare, Bangalore after completing his post graduation, where he handled elective and emergency soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries along with the medicine cases. He joined maxvets in may, 2021, where he has been actively involved in handling various soft tissue surgeries, emergency and critical care and anesthesia along with the cases related to internal medicine. Dr Anikshit enjoys working with a team at maxvets for a proper diagnosis and tailoring the best suited treatment modalities.

Apart from companion animal practice, he is passionate about wild animals and during his post graduation research, has worked with various wild animals like leopards, sloth bears, deers, snakes and elephants. He is keen on learning and keeps himself updated with the advancements in veterinary field so as to provide quality services in pet practices
